Baltimore County Police are searching for a killer after a 20-year-old woman was found shot to death in a car in Perry Hall.

The call came in around 11:50 p.m. on Tuesday, as neighbors near Hickory Falls Way and Hickoryhurst Dr. reported hearing gunshots.

Baltimore County Police spokesperson, Officer Jennifer Peach said: "We had officers go to the area, the vehicle was still running, and our victim was inside the driver's seat and she was shot to death."

Police have identified the victim as 20-year-old Taylor India Webb of the 4600 block of Marble Hall Road, in northeast Baltimore's Northwood area.

She was 10 miles from her home when she was shot and killed.

Police say Webb was shot multiple times in the upper body; they believe she was targeted.

"We don't have anyone running from the scene, no additional crime, her car wasn't taken, so there's nothing to believe it was a robbery attempt, she was targeted for some reason and we have to determine why," said Peach.

Webb's Uncle told FOX45 News that his niece was a beautiful person and the family is in shock over her death.
