One Dead, One Injured in Coffee County Accident

A crash in Coffee County claims the life of a Covington County woman.

The driver of the car, 20-year-old Tesha Lee of Elba was killed in the collision.

The passenger, 19-year-old Whitney Bailey of Jack was injured and transported to Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

The one vehicle accident occurred on County Road 13 just west of Roten in Coffee County.

The accident is under investigation by the Alabama State Highway Patrol.
