The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of the Hettinger man that was killed in a car accident on Wednesday.

According to the report, Tanner Strand, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene after his vehicle rolled southeast of Hettinger.

Strand reportedly was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle at about 3 a.m.
