The entire Ridgewood Community was shocked and saddened to discover that class of 2006 student Matt Adamczyk was killed in a single-vehicle accident on November 17, 2005 in Kentucky.
Ridgewood has received final funeral arrangements for senior Matthew Adamczyk.
The wake will take place this Sunday, November 20th, at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 West Lawrence Avenue, Norridge, IL 60706. The phone number there is (708) 456-8300. The hours for visitation are from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The funeral service will begin on Monday, November 21st at Cumberland Chapels at 8:30 AM, and travel to Divine Savior Parish located at 7740 West Montrose Avenue in Norridge for the mass at 9:30 AM. Please remember that Monday is a late-start day for students.
The Adamczyk family has generously decided to fund a college scholarship for a Ridgewood senior in memory of Matthew. Any donations will be graciously accepted in the Principal?s Office.
