One man is in custody, charged with Hot Springs' latest homicide.

Police say 19-year-old Jessica Noles was found shot to death at the Villa Central Apartments on Higdon Ferry around 2:45 Friday afternoon.

Officers arrested 21-year-old Charles Williamson on first degree murder charges.

Williamson is being held at the Garland County Detention Center without bond.
