Derik Wayne Fowler, 26, of Jacksonville, passed away March 5, 2010.

He is survived by his mother, Kimberly Holden Hiers (Tony); sister, Pricilla Lambert; his maternal grandmother, Patricia Hickey; and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held from the graveside in Jones Cemetery Saturday at 2 p.m., with visitation held from noon to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service in the chapel of Callahan Funeral Home.
