Rebecca "Becca" J. Grawe, 19, of Moline, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.

Rite of Christian Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, 6601 38th Ave., Moline. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.

Becca was born May 27, 1990, in Rock Island, to Don and Barbra Andersen Grawe. She was a 2008 Moline High School graduate. She was attending Black Hawk College and working at Deb's in SouthPark Mall.

Becca was active in being fit and loved nature and being outdoors. She enjoyed drawing and making homemade gifts. She loved animals, especially her dogs, Marley and Rosie, and her new puppy, Bella.

She was a very loving, caring and compassionate person.

She is survived by her father, Donald Grawe, Moline; mother, Barbra Grawe, Coal Valley; brother, Mason (Ashley) Grawe, Cherry Point Air Station, N.C.; paternal grandparents, Dick and Nancy Grawe, Coal Valley; half-brothers, Jeremy Vernon, Davenport, Kevin Erhart, Milton, Fla.; uncle, Dave Grawe, Coal Valley; aunts, Diane (Tim) Peterson, Colorado Springs, Colo., Deb (Ed) Grief, Milan; nephew, Ryan Grawe; cousins, Courtney and Kristin Grawe, Jessie, Jason and Justin Peterson. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents.
