Scott Allan Byzewski, 28, Grand Forks, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2007, in his home.
Scott was born May 9, 1979, to Allan and Christy (Atkinson) Byzewski in Grand Forks where he grew up and attended Ben Franklin, South Jr. High, and completed his GED in 1996. He attended UND and was currently enrolled in Northland Community & Technical College in East Grand Forks.
Scott married his sweetheart Tasha Grosz December 30, 2000, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Forks. They sealed their marriage for time and all eternity at the LDS Temple in Bismarck, ND. They were blessed with two beautiful boys; Wesley Scott and Ned Allan.
Scott previously worked at the Westward Ho, Target, Green Mill, and currently worked as a pipe layer for Robinson Excavating for the past 9 years.
Scott enjoyed watching and playing hockey, home improvements, movies (especially comedies), train sets, RV-ing, music, but most of all spending time with his 2 boys and family.
Scott is survived by his; wife, Tasha Byzewski; their sons, Wes & Ned; parents; Allan & Christy Byzewski, Grand Forks; sisters, Julie (James) Berney, Fargo, ND, Shelly Byzewski, Mpls, MN, Katherine Byzewski Wride (Robert Hurles), Michelle Byzewski (Andy Horge); brother, Daniel (Dino) Byzewski all of Grand Forks; 5 nieces and nephews, Madison, Cameron, Olivia, Carter, and Jackson; Grandfathers, Stanley Byzewski, Grand Forks, Dal Von (Vicki) Atkinson , Riverdale, ID; Leo Karner,WI; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Marion Byzewski and Lois Karner.
FUNERAL SERVICES: 3:00 p.m., Thursday, September 13, 2007, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 2814 Cherry St. in Grand Forks.
VISITATION: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at Amundson Funeral Home 2975 S. 42nd St. in Grand Forks, and also the hour before the service at the church.
INTERMENT: Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND
