Jeffery Allen Shofe, 26, of Burlington died at 11:52 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at Wapello Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of complications due to a heat stroke. Arrangements are pending at Hass-Thielen Funeral Home in Burlington.
