Funeral services for Mr. Timothy "Timbo" Dewayne Rond 27, of Florien, Louisiana were held on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Peason United Pentecostal Church. Rev. Brooks Coburn and Bro. Jonathan McManus officiated. Interment followed in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Mr. Rond was born on July 28, 1984 in Shreveport, La to Greg and Cindy Dalton. He entered into rest at LSUMC in Shreveport, La on August 10, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Lovie Rond; aunt Shirley Brister and uncle Roger D. Rond.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Melyssa Middleton Rond; son Michael Ryan Rond; parents Greg and Cynthia Dalton; grandfather Wilmer Rond and a host of friends.

Honoring him as pallbearers were Dustin Singletary, Michael Harr, Jason Crittenden, Cory Singletary, Blake Manshack, and Michael Austin. Honorary pallbearers were Chris Ward, Cody Ward, and Rusty Boswell.
