Christone Marie Hoffman Palomo, 27, passed away on 5-27-11 in Houston.
Christone is survived by her son-Logan Palomo, Father- Travis & Margaret Hoffman, Mother- Dana Graves along with many other family and friends who will miss her dearly. The family is requesting in lieu of flowers donations be made in a trust account set up at Bank of America in the name of Logan Palomo.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 5,2011 at 2:00 PM at Northwoods Funeral Services, 24172 Needham Rd, Porter, Texas 77365 281-354-0639.
