Thomas Richard Kammeyer died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011, after fighting fibrosarcoma cancer. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at the Oak Forest Chapel, 2250 E. 2200 North, Layton. A viewing will be held at 10 am prior to services at the same location. Interment Washington Heights Cemetery.
