Michael Wayne Hales, 32, of Seattle, WA passed away at home unexpectedly on November 16, 2011.

Mike was born on July 9, 1979 in Salt Lake City, UT, the fifth and youngest child of Gary and Lynda Hales.

He spent his younger years roaming the globe and following his dreams from Europe and the Caribbean, the Virgin Islands to South Dakota, and only returned home a year and a half ago.
He graduated from Jackson High in 1997 and from Bryman in 2003 to become a dental assistant, where he enjoyed his chosen career.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Christy Leigh Hanson.

He is survived by one grandfather, Wayne R. Hales; his parents; three sisters, Robyn Carlson, Tami Hales, and Melissa Schroeder; four nephews, Mathew Carlson, Joshua Carlson, Austin Schroeder and Chase Curry; and a niece, Kylee Schroeder.

A memorial service will be held in early December, time and place to be announced at a later time.
