Kruse, Lynn (Formankiewicz) Age 45, died peacefully on November 30, 2011, after a lifelong battle with diabetes. Beloved wife of Dan. Loving daughter of Frank and Maryann (Kordus) Formankiewicz. Best sister of Dory (Phil) Wentzel. Proud aunt of Courtney Wentzel. Further survived by other relatives, many friends and the Kruse zoo. Memorial Visitation Thursday, December 8, 2011, from 5 PM to 6 PM at the MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME with a Memorial Service at 6 pm.
