David Michael Boice, 17, of Spartanburg, S.C., died Saturday, April 2, 2011, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Born in Boston, Mass., on April 22, 1993, he was the son of Christine Mary Boice of Spartanburg. He was presently a student at Dorman High School and had also attended Chapman High School in Inman, S.C.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Susan Boice of the home and his companion and best canine friend "Duke."
A "Celebration of Life" funeral service was held in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel in Inman on Monday, April 4, 2011.
