Placer County officers have arrested a suspect in connection with a triple homicide in Loomis Friday night.

Placer County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mark Reed said 31-year-old Jeremy Ray Baker of Roseville was under arrest for the murders of Nanette Florance, John Camara and Lawrence Fay.

47-year-old Florance and 46-year-old Fay were found dead Saturday morning. The third victim 46-year-old John Comara was taken to the hospital where he later died.

All died from gunshot wounds.

The shocking discovery of the trio was made after one of the victims didn't show up for work. A woman went to check on her friend at the home on Rachel Lane. Officials say she called 911 after stumbling on the scene.

Placer County Sheriff Detective Sgt. Alfredo Guitron said all of the victims were residents of the home. Family members told Guitron that John Comara and Nanette Florance were boyfriend and girlfriend and that Florance was physically disabled and used a wheelchair to get around.

According to Lt. Reed, Baker knew the victims but no motive was being released.

Meanwhile, a search and rescue team conducted a full scale search Monday night on Sierra College near Granite Drive in Rocklin. Deputies would not indicate what they were looking for, but did say the search was in relation to the triple homicide. A team of 20 combed an area the size of three football fields, along with help from both the canine and the sheriff's department air support unit. It is unclear whether the crews were able to find any evidence in connection with the murders.

Baker is being held without bail at the Placer County Jail.

The investigation is on-going.
