A 25-year-old woman fatally-injured in a single-vehicle crash in Menifee was identified today by the coroner's office.

Tabatha Pate, 25, of Sun City, was at the wheel of a 2007 Toyota Scion headed north on Goetz Road, just north of Canyon Heights Road, at about 10 a.m. Friday.

For unknown reasons, she lost control of the compact car and it overturned, sheriff's Sgt. Don Lingo said.

According to the coroner, she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.

Pate was taken to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley where she was pronounced dead at 10:45 a.m. Friday.
