Dan passed away due to complications with pneumonia. At the age of 6 Dan was assisting his Dad in the rebuild of engines, and grew to be a skilled machinist rebuilding engines for his friends. Dan was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and raised in the Ballard area, eventually residing in Lynnwood. He was a member of the Everett American Legion Post 6. He is survived by his Dad, Dick Craigen, Stepmom, Janice, Sister, Mary, Brother in Law John, Niece Amanda, Nephew Justin, and his girlfriend Jan. Dan now joins his Mom, Lucille, Grandmother Margie, Aunt, Viola, and a very close friend since childhood Robert Wolf.
