A 16-year-old Plainfield teen was killed in a rollover crash Thursday morning.

Waushara County sheriff's officials say it happened around 7:50 a.m. on 5th Ave. just south of Highway 73 in the Town of Plainfield.

Authorities say Sydney Small's SUV struck a patch of gravel, went into a skid, and crossed the road hitting several trees and a fence before coming to a rest on the driver's side.

Small was pronounced dead at the scene by the Waushara County coroner.

The crash remains under investigation.
