Christopher L. Mylener, 19, of Peshtigo died on Tuesday, June 12.
Born on Sept. 10, 1992, son of Lee and Susan (Schonfeld) Mylener, he graduated from Peshtigo High School Class of 2011.
He currently was attending U.W. Marinette and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He loved baseball and was a standout pitcher for the Peshtigo High School Baseball team, earning the M-O Conference Most Valuable Pitcher Award in 2010. As a legion player he represented Peshtigo in the 2011 Fox River Valley Legion All-Star game.
He is survived by, his parents, Lee and Susan; a brother, Chad; a sister, Carlee; his maternal grandmother, Lucille Schonfeld; aunts and uncles, Terry (Debbie), Bruce (Patricia), Brian (Vicki), Gene (Cindy) Mylener, Jody (Keith) Nault, Sharon (Steve) Anderson, Sandra (Donald) Barker, Shirlee (Mark) Polzin, Steve (Holly) Schonfeld, Sally (Craig) Motkowski, Scott (Susan) Schonfeld and Sheila (Dale) Dudka and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Russell Schonfeld; his paternal grandparents, Eugene and Marietta Mylener and an aunt, Debra Yoap.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 14 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation continued on Friday, June 15 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Grover from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Charles Learman officiating. Burial was in St. John's Cemetery in Grover.
