Felicia, 22, of Midland, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012, due to an auto accident. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at Open Book Baptist Church, 2850 Old Charlotte Hwy, in Monroe, with Pastor Mitchell Griffin officiating. Burial will follow, close to her beloved grandfather, Jerry Wyatt, at Carolina Memorial Park in Concord. Her family will receive friends Monday, July 16, from 6 to 8 p.m., also at the church. Felicia was born March 28, 1990, in Charlotte to Tommy and Angie Barron, of Midland. She was a 2008 graduate of Porter Ridge High School, where she was also a member of the National Honor Society. She had also attended Queens University. She enjoyed working at Hickory Tavern on Providence, she loved her family and friends, her music, and the artist in her loved to paint beautiful pictures. She was the epitome of a social butterfly, she enjoyed laughing and making others laugh. She could light up a room when she walked in. In addition to her parents, Felicia is survived by her brother, Tyler Barron; her grandparents, Phyllis Wyatt, of Concord, and James Barron and Patricia Barron, of Midland; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
