Candace Jenson, age 19, died October 31, 2008, in an automobile accident. She was born December 18, 1988, in Springfield, the daughter of Darryl and Connie (Jones) Jenson. Candace was a 2007 graduate of Spokane High School. Before her senior year she attended Nixa Schools. Candace was an aspiring model. She enjoyed camping with her friends and family and writing poetry. Candace was a beautiful young lady and loved by all. She was currently working at GNC in Ozark. Survivors include: her parents, Connie Jenson, Nixa, and Darryl Jenson and wife Melinda, Highlandville; three brothers, Brandon Jenson, Nixa, David Jenson, Highlandville, and Justin Beggs, Springfield; maternal grandparents, Alta and Claude Jones, Fair Grove; paternal grandmother, Rita Parkison, Springfield; three uncles, Don Jenson, Crane, David Jenson, Springfield, and David Jones and wife Theresa, Bolivar; ten cousins, Cody, Dakota, Mesha, Mike, Jacob, Lacey, Justin, Lana, Danyale, and Davey; many other relatives; and many friends. Candace was preceded in death by two grandfathers whom she loved dearly, Roger Jenson and Donald Parkison. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Gayle Cobb officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. immediately before the service in the funeral home.
