The victim of a shooting Monday on Avenue D has died.
Rochester Police Officers found Rashad Bevel, 23, lying on the sidewalk just before 10 p.m. Monday on Avenue D between Hoff Street and Baumann Street.
Bevel was taken to Strong Hospital with a bullet wound to the head. He died Tuesday afternoon.
No arrests have been made. Investigators are following several leads.
