Chad was a fully energetic kid who had a disease called Cystic Fibrosis (65 Roses)! He was going to college to learn more about his disease hopeing to one day find a cure to help others like him. He was very musically talented and love playing the piano and guitar! His music insperations were David Draiman from Disturbed and Marilyn Manson. Chad was a genious at playing Rock Band and loved playing everyday. He passed away in the arms of his brother, mother and his close friends and family.
