33, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on October 17, 2013. Services for Melinda will be Tuesday, October 29th at 5:00pm at the New Covenant Lutheran Church located at 15152 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to be made to New Covenant Lutheran Church & Preschool. -
