Tyreke D. Addison, 18, of 1102 E. Eighth St., died July 9, 2012, in Fairmont.

Surviving are his son, Malachi Jones; parents, Samantha Addison and Toby Addison; sisters, Samirah Townsend and Akira Addison; and brothers, Niquiss Addison, Evan Addison, and Dominique Townsend.

The funeral will be held at Fairmont High School Gym. Burial will follow in Fairmont Memorial Gardens in Fairmont. Arrangements by Community Funeral Home in Fairmont.
