The name of the man who died following a forklift accident in Whangarei yesterday has been released.
Police say Mark John Tirarau Blinco, 24, died after the forklift he was driving rolled.
The accident happened about 10.45am.
Police and Worksafe New Zealand are investigating the death.
The matter has been referred to the coroner.
