Kellie Watson, 48, of Mountlake Terrace, WA passed away March 27, 2014 after a long battle with Uterine Cancer. Kellie's celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday April 12th at the Alderwood Community Church, 3403 Alderwood Mall Boulevard, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Kellie would want you to be comfortable. Team Kellie attire is appropriate. A gathering will follow the memorial service at the church and then at the Buzz Inn – 9900 Airport Way, Snohomish, WA 98296. Kellie was born in Seattle, WA on December 12, 1965. She graduated from Mountlake Terrace High School in 1984 and continued on to receive a Bachelors of Science from Central Washington University. After losing her husband in August of 2012, her family and friends were more important to her than ever. She was passionate about helping others, especially the four legged ones. For Kellie's birthday last year she wanted to complete 12 acts of kindness, one of those included collecting donations for Lady's Hope Dog Rescue. She thought of others while fighting the battle of her life. Kellie was courageous, self-less, and inspirational. Kellie was predeceased by the love of her life, Michael E. Watson; her father, Michael W. Barker; her sister, Tracy Barker and; her pets, Astro and Freddie. Kellie is survived by her daughters, Kayla (22) and Kelsey (18); mom and step-dad, Shirley and Neal Milner; grandmother, Kathleen M. Haberkorn; siblings, Robert Milner, Karrie Hatton, and Lisa Schafer; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins; numerous friends; her dog, Bam-Bam and grand-dogs, Baby and Juda.
