Autumn was born on June 16, 1997 and passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2013.

Autumn was a resident of Mahaffey, Pennsylvania at the time of her passing.

Friends will be received from 2 to 8 pm Friday, October 18, 2013 at the Waldron Funeral Home in Mahaffey. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Saturday, Ocotber 19, 2013 at the Mahaffey CMA Church with Pastors Tim McGarvey and Mike Knepp officiating. Interment is private for family.
