A sophomore at Northern Bedford High School was killed in an ATV accident on Saturday at the Blair Bedford Dirt Racers track on Pennsylvania State Route 867.

The Pennsylvania State Police stated that 15-year-old Kaleb Rightenour was drag racing with friends when his ATV hit a tire barrier. The ATV then went over the barrier and struck a light pole next to the track.

Kaleb was declared dead at the scene, but a cause of the accident was not given.
