Police are looking for 37-year-old Gary Jerome Turner of Hampton for his involvement in a James City County crash that killed one teen.
Turner was indicted on May 9 and is charged with maiming while DWI, involuntary manslaughter, reckless involuntary DUI manslaughter, 2 counts child neglect, DWI, and improper brakes.
The fatal crash occurred on August 8, 2011 in the 1300 block of John Tyler Highway.
Police say Turner was driving a 1997 Ford minivan west on John Tyler Hwy, lost control and ran off the road. Turner's van rolled several times and struck a dump truck that was traveling east.
There were 7 extended family members in the minivan, including adults and children ranging in age from two months to 17 years.
A 14-year-old boy, Brashawnta Brooks was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other injured occupants were transported to Riverside Hospital and MCV Hospital for treatment of injuries ranging from non-life threatening to critical.
The driver of the dump truck was transported to Williamsburg Sentara Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Turner is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 165 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
His last known address is on Andrews Boulevard in Hampton.
