From Kymberlie's youcaring page -

On the 16th of October after much anticipation a precious little boy, Kyden Thomas Bede Kelly, was brought into this world. At only 15 weeks into his development, Kyden would have been able to hear his mother's voice, as well as his father's and those around them. On the day when Kyden entered our world he was finally greeted by the people that he had heard for so long, except for the one he would have grown closest to; his mother. Kymberlie Shepherd, fiancé to Wayde Kelly and mother of Kyden, tragically passed away due to a rare, unpreventable and unpredictable complication of pregnancy, an Amniotic Fluid Embolism (AFE), whilst giving birth to Kyden. On a day when a precious life was brought into this world, sadly one was lost. We are sure Kym will be watching over Kyden and his daddy, however, times will be tough for them both, as well as their close family and friends as they adjust to life without Kym's beautiful presence in it.

Bringing a new life into the world is one of the most rewarding experiences. Though it can be exhausting, and time and cost consuming to raise a child, every last moment spent with your child is cherished as a parent. As hard as it may be to adjust to life as new parents, it is even harder making this transition by yourself. Wayde and Kym's bubbly, genuine and generous personalities endeared themselves to everyone they met, and this has been shown in the support and love Wayde and Kyden have received in the past days. Wayde and Kyden will constantly be surrounded by a beautiful support group, which is important as he takes on the arduous lifestyle of a single father. Without Kymmy by his side, working to support his child and tending to every need of his baby boy will be immeasurably more difficult. If you know Wayde, you know he will be a great father and be able to provide more than enough love and caring for little Kyden in the absence of his mother. However, a little help and support from those that love him and Kym will go a long way.

It is in this time of great hardship for the Kelly and Shepherd families that we invite you to help support the future of baby Kyden by donating to Kymmy's Legacy. The amount of love and support that the Kelly's and Shepherd's are receiving is astounding and truly is a testament to the everlasting impression Kym has left on all of us.
