The body of the fourth missing boater from a doomed fishing party was found on the Marin County shoreline, ending a search effort of nearly a month.

The body was confirmed as David Breeden, 39, of Windsor, said sheriff's Lt. Keith Boyd, the assistant Marin County coroner.

Breeden was found Sunday on the rocky shoreline near Bird Rock, which is just south of Tomales Point in the Point Reyes National Seashore. A helicopter crew from Sonoma County Sheriff's Office spotted the body while conducting one of its followup searches for the missing man.

Breeden and the other three victims were reported missing April 17 after they did not return home from their fishing trip from Bodega Bay.

Two of the victims were found the following day near Bird Rock. They were identified as Diane Kelly, 61, of Windsor, and Richard Hargreaves Jr., 59, of Santa Rosa.

The other missing boater, 28-year-old Ryan Viall of Windsor, was found on April 22.

Foul play is not suspected in their deaths, Boyd said. The coroner's office is waiting for toxicology tests to confirm whether the victims died by drowning.
