Allen Wayne Bird 32 of West Mineral Kan. passed away Friday Septeber 14, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Highway 102 near Scammon, Kan.

Born January 19, 1980 in Denver Colo. he had lived in Southeastern Kansas most of his lifetime. Allen was a hard working diesel mechanic who worked long hours for several trash services and diesel repair buisnesses. He was always willing to the extra mile to help those in need with his expertise. which was never limited to just diesel mechanis.

Allen was precee in death by his mother, Florence Lou Bird, his brother, Trenten Bird and his step father, Mike Ryan.

Survivors include five children, Alyssa Lillian, Gracey and Allen Bird along with Mariah Galloway, their mother, Crystal Galloway Bird of the home. his sister, Emily Bird of Joplin, his brother, Gary Smith of Baxter Springs Kan. his father, Allen Stoinski and wife Pat of Fairplay Colo. several nieces, nephews, cousins, ad extende family. He will be missed by countless friends he has helped through the years.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary. Memorial services will be held 4;30 p.m. Saturday at Schermerhorn Park. Memorial contributions will be accepted for thechildren of Allen W. Bird.
