Milinda "Muneca" Parra, 15, was granted her angel wings on June 22, 2015 as a result of a fatal car accident.

She was born Oct. 14, 1999 in Santa Maria, CA. She attended Tunnell Elementary, Tommie Kunst Junior High and was going to be a junior at Pioneer High School

Milinda had it all: intelligence, confidence, athletic ability, height, beautiful brown eyes, a contagious smile, the ability to engage and create a relationship with anyone.

Milinda's life would seem short to many but those who were touched by her, understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.

With Milinda's passing, we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her everyday, especially her winning smile, she will forever remain in our hearts.

Milinda is survived by her grandparents, Miguel and Paula Guzman, her parents, Daniel and Irma Longoria, Dad Lorenzo Parra, sisters and brothers, Reyna (Jamen) Parra, Danny (Reina) Longoria, Bobby (Janet) Longoria, Ricky (Monica) Longoria, Veronica Longoria, nieces, Adrena, Arena and Abrena Longoria, nephew Noah Longoria, uncles and aunts Miguel (Mira) Guzman, Dave (Karina) Guzman, Josie Guzman, Lorena (Ernesto) Ochoa, cousins Miranda (Jonathan) Lopez, A.J. Herrera, Norma Linda Chavez and many more numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from Santa Maria and out of town.

Services will be at St. Louis de Montfort Church 5095 Harp Road, Santa Maria, CA 93455. Monday June 29, 2015 with Viewing at 6:00 pm. Rosary will be at 7:00 pm. Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 followed by burial at the Santa Maria Cemetery.
