One person is dead following a wreck in Owensboro.

It happened around 5:20 Friday morning in the area of Winding Way near 26th Street.

Owensboro Police say 23-year-old Tyler Beck was killed when his truck flipped over and landed in the backyard of a home on East Victory.

The pickup also hit an outbuilding.

Police say it looks like the Beck was thrown from the vehicle.

The accident is currently under investigation.
