Garrett A. Blake, 23, of Wadsworth, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015. He was born May 3, 1992 in Barberton Hospital to Bob and Julie Blake.

He was a graduate of Wadsworth High School Class of 2011 and was employed at the Rohrer Corporation. Garrett enjoyed drawing, fishing, sky diving, music, amusement parks and spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Paul Blake, Bill Brown and Jon Royse.

Garrett is survived by his mother and step-father, Julie and Mark Axford of Cape Coral, Fla.; father and step-mother, Bob and Kelly Blake of Wadsworth; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kyle and Jessica Blake, Joe and Courtney Bennett; and nephew, Riley Blake all of Wadsworth; his grandparents, Sally Blake, Carol and Gerald Hawke, Patricia Brown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth.

A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church, 22 E. Main St., Seville, OH 44273.
