Jackson Police were called to the 1000 block of south Wisner on October 4, 2015 at approximately 4:20 AM for a car accident.

Police were able to determine that a vehicle was involved in a single vehicle accident. The car was traveling northbound on S. Wisner at an excessive speed, when the driver lost control of the vehicle, and the car left the road, hitting a tree.

Police say the driver of the car died instantly. The driver has been identified as Joshua Greca, a 31-year-old Jackson resident. There is no early indication that alcohol was involved, toxicology reports are pending from the medical examiner's office.
