Carlisa Anderson was born to the union of Katie Moss and Franklin Moss in Biloxi, Mississippi on June 27, 1980.

Her Life's Journey
Carlisa was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, aunt, and sister. She was well-loved by her family and friends. She had a great love for children. She enjoyed being around her family and friends. She graduated from Biloxi High in 1998. She graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC). Carlisa had been employed at the City of Biloxi Water Department and multiple jobs until her health failed. She had a heart of gold.

Her Homecoming
On Monday, July 6, 2015, GOD called one of his angels home. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jessie & Zelma Anderson; paternal grandparents, Preston & Sadie Moss; uncles, aunties, cousins, and etc.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Ayriah Anderson and Charlaina Anderson; two siblings, Stephen and Jennifer Anderson; sister, Ashley Moss; two nephews, Elijah and Isaiah Anderson; and a host of many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
