A memorial service for Amy Celeste Vandervoet, 26, is planned for 3 p.m. Wednesday, June
11, at the First United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs with a celebration with her friends at
a later date.

Amy Celeste Vandervoet died early Sunday morning, June 8, 2014, while exercising in her condo pool in Dallas.

She was born in Austin on Oct. 21, 1987, and lived most of her life in Sulphur Springs. Amy was
a 2006 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School, received an associate's degree from Paris
Junior College, additional studies at University of North Texas in Denton and a bachelor's
degree from Texas A&M-Commerce.

Survivors include her parents, Cynthia Vandervoet-White, Michael White and Bill King.
