Fire officials said a woman was found dead inside a burning Spartanburg County mobile home early on Friday.

The coroner, deputies and EMS were called to the fully-engulfed house fire on West Fox Ridge Drive in Lyman about 3 a.m. The Tyger River and Holly Springs Fire Departments also responded.

Tyger River Fire Chief Jim Redd said two people were inside the home, one of whom had to run a mile away to call 911.

Redd said firefighters found a woman dead in a bedroom while the other resident was not injured. He said it took crews about 15 minutes to knock down the fire.

The fire marshal was also called in to investigate, but so far, Redd said they do not think the fire is suspicious. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.

The coroner's office identified the victim as 31-year-old Crystal Marie Trout. An autopsy was performed on Friday evening and the results are pending at this time.
