Savannah LuLu David, a Junior at Nease High School and 10 year resident of Jacksonville, FL, born on May 23, 1999, died unexpectedly in her sleep on November 3, 2015 at the age of 16. Savannah had many friends and a natural kindness that touched everyone she met. She was a loyal part-time employee at the Nocatee Publix and loved interacting with her coworkers and patrons. She loved to drive her new car she called Sheila and drive with the top down listening to her favorite music. She enjoyed life to its fullest. Savannah is survived by her parents, Dallas and Cristie; sister, Scotland; grandparents, Don and Alice Etienne of Eldorado, IL, Don David of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mary Frances Mitchell of Charlotte, NC, and Norvell Clarke of Oklahoma City, OK; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be today, Friday, Nov. 6th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7th in Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church of Ponte Vedra Beach, with Rev. Ed Shaner as Celebrant.
