On May 28, 2016 my Beautiful Sister (cousin) Theresa Ann Cook-Scalf lost her fight with Bacterial Meningitis at 35 yrs old. She had no life insurance and leaves behind 6 Beautiful children. We are asking for help with funeral expenses , her parents Thelma and David Cook would like to purchase a cemetary plot in Midway we are not sure if one is available or the cost if one is available we are also asking for help with that (I will post tomm as soon as we know). Help for her children would also be appreciated.
