A 20-year-old Albion man is dead after a tractor accident in Whitley County.
Around 4:45 p.m. Thursday, police said Jonathan Pettigrew, 33, of Columbia City, was driving a vehicle towing a tractor.
Police said Teegan Michael Brumbaugh, 20 of Albion, was driving the tractor.
Witnesses told police that the pickup and tractor passed three kids walking along the road.
That's when the tractor driver lost control and ran off the road, leaving the driver pinned as it rolled over.
