Sheriff's deputies arrested a man in Chesapeake Saturday morning in connection to a murder case in York County.

Investigators accuse Julian Rios, 20, of shooting and killing Austin Baxley, an 18-year-old who had just graduated from Churchland High School in Portsmouth.

Rios was arrested without incident in the 3200 block of Western Branch Boulevard, according to a spokesperson for the York-Poquson Sheriff's Office.

He faces murder and gun charges.
