The person found dead in a Sunday fire at Incline Village has been identified as Alan Rafalski, 19, of Santa Cruz, Calif., Washoe County Sheriff's Office Deputy Jeff McCaskill said.

Ralalski was a member of a family of five who owned the home on Tomahawk Trail.

How he died and what started the fire are still be determined, McCaskill said.
