Yesterday, August 24, 2016, our dear Ashlee Fisher, 16 years old, had a severe asthma attack that took her life away. She had suffered for years with severe asthma and the recent fires were a contributing factor with this recent attack.

Ashlee is loved by all who knew her and will be in our hearts forever. Ashlee brought so much happiness and joy to so many people and we know she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Ashlee was smart, ambitious, fun, clever and so talented. She was beautiful inside and out and those who knew her will remember her forever. We can still see her genuine smile and hear her continuous giggles.

Ashlee was involved with the band at her school since she was in 4th grade, involved with the yearbook last year and a most talented photographer. This year she was set to be one of the editor's of the Serrano High School yearbook.

Ashlee, like many 16 year olds, had great plans for the future. She had plans to become a respiratory therapist to help others who suffered like her. With so much more life to live, it is heartbreaking that she was taken so soon.

With the unexpected loss, the family does not have the resources needed and we would love and appreciate any help we can get with the sudden expenses. Ashlee was very, very special and loved by all.
