A Kentucky grand jury indicts a Greenville man on a murder charge. The case now moves towards trial.
The charge stems from the death of Justin Dukes. Greenville Police say Robert Mason shot and killed Dukes on August 17.
Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument outside a home on Rogers Ave.
Mason has pled not guilty. Now that he has been indicted, he will be formally charged on Monday.
