Royce W. "Chip" Riley II, 53, of Justin, passed away on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at a local hospital. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at the Argyle United Methodist Church on Hwy. 377 in Argyle, Texas. Burial: 4 p.m. Saturday in the Eakin Cemetery in Ponder, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust in Denton. Chip was born in Center, Texas, on March 15, 1963, to Royce W. and Linda Kaye Jennings Riley. He was a self-employed owner-operator of a trucking company. He was married to Kristy Kaye Norton on May 16, 1987, in Justin. He was a member of the Argyle United Methodist Church. Survivors: His wife, Kristy K. Riley of Justin; daughters, Cathelene Peters and husband, Brandon, of Springtown and Christine Renee Gilbert and husband, Gary, of Justin; sister, Amy and husband, Les White, of Buford, Ga.; brother, Chuck and wife, Patricia Riley, of Kemp; and other extended family members.
