On October 6, 2016 we lost our loving Jaklyn; she tragically lost her battle with addiction. She had a wonderful spirit and a kind soul, she was eqipped with a great sense of humor-- complete with a contagious laugh! Her energy and enthusiasm are something we will forever miss.

Our family deeply appreciates your support and friendship during this difficult time. We are setting up this page to help fund Jaklyn's memorial service. If any extra contributions remain, our family's goal is to donate them to a charity that works to change the lives of those battling addiction on Long Island.
